Taxes and fees: Please note that all duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost. If you receive calls, text messages, or emails from customs, please provide us with your order number so we can resolve the issue with our delivery team.

Lost/Damaged Packages: Please note that we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they leave our fulfillment center. We are also not responsible for any delivery errors that may occur during shipping by the carrier. By purchasing on our website, the customer agrees and understands that responsibility for lost or damaged packages shipped from any Nymock fulfillment center lies with the customer and the carrier. However, as a valued customer, our customer support team will do everything possible to resolve any issues that may arise during delivery.

Please note that shipping is handled by a third-party carrier associated with the customer's order and is not affiliated with LimanioPet. This means that any shipping-related issues are the responsibility of the relevant third-party carrier, not LimanioPet. LimanioPet is responsible for all purchases until they are handed over to one of our third-party shipping partners. Please note that once the package leaves our hands, all shipping-related issues are completely out of our control.

Incorrect shipping address: Please double-check that you are sending your package to the correct shipping address, or contact our customer service as soon as possible if you notice an error. While we offer free shipping worldwide, we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect shipping address due to a customer error when placing an order.

Delivery Terms: By ordering from LimanioPet, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understand our delivery terms and assumes full responsibility for their order from the moment it is shipped to one of our LimanioPet fulfillment centers.
